The shipments of the orders are carried out throughout Greece through cooperating transport companies and couriers ELTA Courier or ACS Courier, usually within 1-3 working days from the moment of the order. In addition, you can pick up your order directly from our physical store, without any additional charge.
The cost of transport amounts to
► BUNDLES up to 150 cm high:
Shipments are made NATIONWIDE with ELTA Courier at a cost from
– €4.26 + VAT for parcels weighing less than 5 kg and
– €7.62 + VAT per parcel weighing up to 10 kilos by volume.
► PARCEL larger than 150 cm:
– For ATTICA, deliveries are made to Tavros https://pixl.link/VRP (Karagiannidis Transport). It is possible to ship to the customer's address upon consultation.
– For the REST OF GREECE with the local transport companies.
Although we have taken every care to inform you of any unavailability of a product, there is the possibility that there may be an unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product. In this case again, our representative will contact you by e-mail or by phone as soon as possible in order to inform you of the new delivery time of the product you have chosen and it is temporarily in short supply. If the product you selected by mistake is not notified by us that it is permanently out of stock or discontinued then we will again contact you to arrange for the delivery of another product or the cancellation of your order free of charge to both parties and the interest-free return of money that may have been paid within a reasonable period of time.
The company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the products when unstable factors enter the process. Indicatively, it is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs delays, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or any other kind of strikes that affect the movement of goods. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible to agree on the new delivery date.
