Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Also, gift cards are considered additional non-returnable items. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are some cases where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing through no fault of ours.

Refunds

Late or incomplete returns

Only regularly priced items can be returned. Products with discounts or refunds cannot be returned.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once you receive the returned product, you will be mailed a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the giver and they will be notified of your return.
Returns upon shipment
To return your product, you must mail your product to our address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
